- channa dal 1kg

- crushed gingar garlic 75 gm

- cinnamon 15gm
- turmeric pwd 20gm
- water 1+cup
- salt to taste
- take a handi add mutton channa dal and water at about 4 inches up
- keep it on fire till all the water ev apourates
- when mutton get cooked remove whole garam masala
- now grined the keema in grinder machine till it get paste
