              method

    chop the boiled american corn & mathi add all masala aloo make amix
make round tikki & deep fry in oil
     
            serve

         2 til dahi ke kebab (golden brown)
          ingredieny
  1. hang yogard                                          1kg
  2. greted paneer                                        2kg
  3. capsicom chopped                            200gm
  4. gingar chopped                                   50gm
  5. honey                                                  40gm
  6. green chilli chop                               100gm
  7. butter                                                 200gm
  8. roasted jeera pawder                            50gm
  9. til (for coating)                                   250gm
  10. cornflower                                          15ogm
  11. bread crumb                                        200gm
  12. refined oil                                            2 liter
  13. salt                                                  to taste
              method
  1.     mash the paneer now add hang yogard mix well
  2.     mix all the ingredients except oil and til mix well
  3.    now make small tikki flat it & coat with til and deep fry in oil
              serve
        hot in platter with sweet cuchumber


3mutton shammi kebab(golden brown)

ingredients
  1. mutton minced 4kg
  2. channa dal 1kg
  3. reed chilli whole 10pc
  4. crushed gingar garlic 75 gm
  5. whole jeera 20gm
  6. green cardamome 20gm
  7. black papper 15gm
  8. black cardemome 15gm
  9. bay leaf 15gm
  10. cinnamon 15gm
  11. turmeric pwd 20gm
  12. water 1+cup
  13. salt to taste
metod
  • take a handi add mutton channa dal and water at about 4 inches up
  • keep it on fire till all the water ev apourates
  • when mutton get cooked remove whole garam masala
  • now grined the keema in grinder machine till it get paste
  1. chopped onion
  2. coriander choped
  3. garam masala
  4. ghee
  5. green chilli choped
  6. birini carry pawder
  7. brown onion choped
  • mix all the ingridients in the keema paste
  • make a flat shape about 20-25 gm
  • heat the pan and shallow fry
